Most of the courses last four or five days and are suitable for all players aged 8-16. However, some courses vary, with the Bassingbourn Army Barracks a prime example. This is a residential course for 14 -17 year old boys which covers all the usual rugby content but has added extras including low rope command tasks and an interactive laser rifle range. This year we are also running a girls’ course alongside our mixed course at Sleaford RFC. We will be offering specific core skills training during a three-day intensive course designed specifically for girls aged between 14 and 17.
