Season Ticket Holders are being given the chance to be a part of a brand-new club event, Access All Areas, during the month of April.
Kicking off next Monday (April 1), and taking place each Monday for four successive weeks, the brand new Access All Areas events are exclusively open to Season Ticket Holders and present an opportunity to hear insights into the happenings at the club and stories from the careers of the special guests, as well as offering a chance to pose questions in no-limit Q&A sessions.
Taking place in The Club Shop, located under Hotel Brooklyn next to Mattioli Woods Welford Road, Access All Areas is FREE to attend but limited to just 50 places per event and entry will be only granted with a valid ticket.
Kicking off the first month of Access All Areas events is a star-studded line-up from the senior men’s squad, including an evening with some golden oldies, young stars, new members of the squad this season and, to finish the month, world-class trio of Test players.
- April 1 | 6.00pm – 7.30pm: Mike Brown & Dan Cole
- April 8 | 6.00pm – 7.30pm: Ollie Chessum, George Martin, Tommy Reffell & Freddie Steward
- April 15 | 6.00pm – 7.30pm: Josh Bassett, Kyle Hatherell, Solomone Kata & Jamie Shillcock
- April 22 | 6.00pm – 7.30pm: Julián Montoya, Handré Pollard & Anthony Watson
How to apply:
To apply for a place, please fill out the form below including your full name, Tigers Reference Number (TRN) and preferred email address, as well as your preference order of the four events from 1-4, with 1 being your first choice.
Places will be given to Season Ticket Holders on a first-come, first-serve basis in line with their preference
Once an event is filled up, places will be allocated based on those not successful with their first preference, until all four (4) events are full
Consideration for attendance at more than one event will only be given after all entrants are given the opportunity to attend at least one (1) event
Successful Season Ticket Holders will be contacted via email on Thursday (March 28) at 4.00pm.
Due to overwhelming demand, the application form for Access All Areas is now closed. Successful applicants will be contacted on Thursday, March 28 in which event you have been successful in applying for.
The Club Shop:
Season Ticket Holders in attendance will be able to take advantage of extended shopping hours in-store ahead of and following each event with their Season Ticket Holder Discount on top of any existing discounts and offers available.
The Club Shop will also be operating different hours during the Easter Weekend, which are:
- Friday, March 29: 10.00am - 4.00pm
- Saturday, March 30: 10.00am - 4.00pm
- Sunday, March 31: CLOSED
- Monday, April 1: 12.00pm - 6.00pm (event from 6.00pm - 8.00pm)
Jenno’s Coffee House:
Jenno’s Coffee House, located next to The Club Shop under Hotel Brooklyn, will be operating extended hours on the date of the events with a range of hot drinks and food available.
The extended hours for Jenno's are:
- April 1: 9.00am - 6:30pm
- April 8: 7.00am - 6:30pm
- April 15: 7.00am - 6:30pm
- April 22: 7.00am - 6:30pm
